	<texte lg="en"><![CDATA[The castle of Azay has been built during the creative period of the beginning of Francois the 1st reign. The castle is located in Touraine and it belongs to the prestigious Val de Loire castles, where French kings enjoyed to live for centuries. 



The castle has been built by Gilles Berthelot, a rich middle class financier man from Touraine area who was interested in the Renaissance Italian cultural wave. This building belongs to the first pleasance residencies that mix French castle charm with majesties Italian palaces. The water isolating the building, the angle small towers and the round path on the outside walls show the influence of middle age tradition in the architecture of the castle.]]></texte>
